Officers hold their positions for one fiscal year (June 1st through May 31st) except the Quilt Show Chair(s) and the Quilt Show Treasurer, who serve for two consecutive years. No person may serve in the same position for more than two consecutive terms unless the board approves special exceptions (as during the pandemic of 2020). A person may hold the same office again after a break of at least one year. Appointed positions may serve for multiple consecutive years.
