We accept newer thread, new 45mm rotary cutter blades, acrylic quilting rulers, new irons, new sewing machine needles, newer high-quality longarm quilting thread (both cotton and polyester), and quilting or applique books with a copyright date of 2017 or newer.

We don’t accept fabric scraps or clothing of any kind as the guild is not a thrift store (so please do not bring these types of items to the guild facility). We also do not accept any faded fabric or materials, have any odor whatsoever (such as smoke or pet odors), or have holes from pests such as moths or rodents. We also do not accept drapery fabric, upholstery fabric, velvet, vinyl or leather goods.

Yes, all cash or in-kind donations to the guild qualify for a donation receipt similar to what you receive when donating cash or items to a nonprofit thrift store. Our guild treasurer will provide you with a letter upon request.

No, opportunity quilt tickets and admission tickets to enter the guild’s quilt show are not tax-deductible.

Yes, we accept partially or completed quilt tops and completed quilt blocks as donations.

The facility does not have regular business hours. We are only open during group meetings, workshops and general membership meetings. Please refer to the event calendar on this website for dates and times the guild facility is open.

No, there is not a phone at the guild facility. If you need to reach us, please use the contact form on this website or stop by when a group is meeting. Please refer to the event calendar on this website for dates and times the guild facility is open.

It’s easy! Simply arrive a few minutes prior to the monthly guild meeting so we can meet you. You can visit two times before becoming a member, however, a fee may be required for some of our speakers. You must be a guild member to attend a workshop or education class.

Yes, those who attend and or participate in the guild’s small groups must be guild members.
