Lecture at the Show—Behind the Scenes of a Quilt Pattern Ghostwriter

This lecture will be held on Saturday, September 28th, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the east lecture hall.
Professional quilt pattern designer and OPQG member Kim Forman has written and illustrated patterns for a multitude of shops and designers, including Missouri Star Quit Company, Riley Blake Designs, Shabby Fabrics, Lori Holt, J. Wecker Frisch, Gerri Robinson, Minky Kim, Sew Simple Quilt Shoppe and many others. Attendees will learn what goes into designing and writing professional-quality quilt patterns and learn to design their own quilt blocks! Graph paper and pencils will be provided to each attendee at no cost.
